Estate Planning and Probate
Estate planning is becoming increasingly important with constant changes in the tax law and uncertainty about the economy.  The key to successful estate planning is to listen to the concerns and goals of the client and to draft the necessary documents to provide peace of mind and to meet each and every goal. 

Probating an estate is often a confusing and time consuming task, particulary during a time of grieving the loss of a loved one.  Having an attorney to guide you through the process, and answer questions that may arise, helps to make the probate process much less stressful.
